Mike has worked for both Ken and Ken's father for a total of 17 years. His range of duties includes prepping the material to be painted, priming, painting and polishing. Mike estimates that over his career he's painted more than 1000 cars. To keep up the evolving technology of automotive paints - as well as the ever-changing environmental rules - Mike has attended a number of courses include ones held by I-CAR and ASE. He likes working for Gulick's because "Ken treats me right…on and off the job." Mike moved to Sonoma County in 1980 and currently resides in Windsor with his wife and 3 children.
Jerry Rossotti
Manager
Jerry assumed the role of Manager of Gulick's Auto Body since 1994, but he has known Ken and been a friend of the Gulick family since the age of 5. He and Ken have been buddies most of their lives. Jerry reposts that working in auto body repair and restoration has many challenges but also lots of rewards - the greatest of which is when he gets to share the joy that Gulick's customers feel upon seeing their once-damaged vehicle looking like new again.
Jessica Bellotti

Jessica is originally from South San Francisco, but for the most part was raised in Petaluma. She's been working in the car business for about 7 years, and specifically in the auto body business for about 4 years. Jessica's family is very much into cars and they have a couple 'muscle' show cars. As part of a 'car' family, she's been going to car shows since she can remember. Jessica has an identical twin sister who she's very close with and also works in customer service. They both get a lot of satisfaction from helping others. Jessica likes working for Ken and Jerry because they not only treat her and the other employees very well. They really care about customer satisfaction. Jessica appreciates the example they set and, one day, wants to own a shop of her own.
